Information and communication needs assessment: toolkit
These assessment tools were used for the Information and Communication Needs Assessment report to understand the information and communication needs of refugees and migrants in the Venezuela Situation. They were created jointly by UNHCR and IFRC with the support of the CWC/C4D group at regional level.

Information and Communication Needs Assessment
An IFRC-UNHCR produced report on information and communication needs of migrants and refugees from Venezuela. This research demonstrates the need for increased community engagement and participation of refugees, migrants and host communities throughout all interventions, and the need for providing reliable information through trusted channels.
